GLI, a joint venture between Patrizia and Kingston Space Property (KSP), are pleased to announce plans for the redevelopment of 28-30 Goat Road and 3-9 Willow Lane into sustainable new buildings for industrial and logistics use, creating new jobs on the Willow Lane Industrial Estate.
We are also proposing improvements to the Carshalton Road/Goat Road junction, with a new roundabout helping to reduce delays and make it safer for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers.
