GLI, a joint venture between Patrizia and Kingston Space Property (KSP), have applied to Merton Council for the redevelopment of 28-30 Goat Road and 3-9 Willow Lane into sustainable new buildings for industrial and logistics use, creating new jobs on the Willow Lane Industrial Estate.
